THE WINTER CLAVIER piano festival January 21-24, 2016

Departement of Music Ionian University Piano Plus Festival

" Classical music concern us "

“The Winter Clavier” or “Pianists of the Ionian” is a festival that gives the opportunity to new artists to get in touch with more experienced ones and to academic professors to meet music explorers.

Each musician reveals its own inner world to the public. The repertoire is broad and flows from the needs the clavier demands according to the pianist.

Winter symbolizes the emotion, which overcomes the cold white color of the keyboard and makes the people connect to each other.
This way, both the performers and the audience understand how coldness and warmness can get mixed together and express a whole new side of art.
